With over thirty years’ experience in the food industry, I bring a positive “can do” spirit to every project. Precision in my craft and great problem solving skills are two of my strongest assets. My patience, even temperament, and playful sense of humor make long arduous days on the set easier for everyone. I thrive on working as part of a collaborative, creative team, and love the synergy that naturally happens when a group of creatives come together. Bringing my clients’ vision to life is always my primary goal. 

I also provide a myriad of services to the food industry including culinary producing, art direction, recipe development, cookbook design and creation, culinary writing, product creation, and project management. Using both my food styling and consulting skills, I have completed over twenty cookbooks for my clients. 

I have worked with several hundred international and national companies in the creation of web imagery, TV, video, print media, advertising, and packaging. You will find a partial client list, along with numerous testimonials here.

Since 2016 I've had the great pleasure of creating the 200-page Premier Collections Catalog for TriMark USA's signature lines of china, flatware, glassware, tabletop, bar, and buffet service equipment. Coordinating with their corporate marketing team my services were all inclusive from the initial planning, layout, art direction, project management, food styling, photography, graphic design, and printing. TriMark is the largest supplier of foodservice equipment, supplies, and design/build services in the USA with sales of $2.2 billion annually.
